  • Excess payments (if applicable) must be paid before vehicle collection

  • We may communicate with your insurer or assessor on your behalf

Insurance-related delays are outside our control.


5. Payments

Payments must be made in full before the vehicle is released unless a prior written agreement exists.
We accept:

  • Cash

  • EFT / Bank Transfer

  • Approved insurance payments

  • Other payment methods as listed on our website

Late payments may incur storage fees.


6. Warranty

We provide a warranty on workmanship according to industry standards.
This does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Future damage or accidents

  • Pre-existing structural issues

  • Parts supplied by the customer

Warranty details may vary depending on the service provided.


7. Liability

While your vehicle is in our care, we take reasonable precautions to protect it.
We are not liable for:

  • Loss of personal items left in the vehicle

  • Damage caused by external events such as fire, theft, weather, or acts of nature

  • Additional hidden damage that only becomes visible after disassembly
